Partnership with the Office of the Chairman, House Committee on Disability Matters

On 19 March 2025, GDGI President Angelina Ugben led a team to meet with Rt. Hon. Bashiru Dawodu Anyila, Chairman of the House Committee on Disability Matters, to strengthen GDGI’s partnership with the Committee.

During the meeting, the Chairman presented a letter of collaboration to Mrs. Ugben and her team a milestone in merging disability inclusion into climate action, with discussions centered on strategies to empower persons with disabilities in climate action and address the unique challenges this community faces.
