Advocacy Visit to the UN House, Abuja

On 4 March 2025, GDGI took a step toward global impact when President Angelina Ugben led a delegation to the UN House in Abuja, Nigeria, welcomed by Mr. Mohamed Malick Fall, UN Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator, and his team.

The visit reaffirmed GDGI’s commitment to intertwining disability rights with environmental sustainability, and illuminated pathways for collaboration with the United Nations on joint initiatives that amplify GDGI’s mission.
