Disability-Inclusive Solar Installation Training (Cohort 2 Launch)

This flagship capacity-building program equips Persons with Disabilities with technical knowledge and hands-on skills in solar PV installation, maintenance, and renewable energy entrepreneurship, in partnership with the ASTEVEN Energy Institute.
Target group: Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). Duration: two weeks. The program covers practical solar installation and wiring, safety and troubleshooting, solar business opportunities, team projects, certification assessments, and mentorship designed to open accessible pathways into the fast-growing renewable energy sector.
